George DeJesus and his brother Melvin DeJesus were charged and jailed for the killing of Margaret, who was a family friend of the two.
Margaret was assaulted and killed in July 1995 and one year later the DNA samples at the crime site matched with Brandon Gohagen.
Brandon vilified the two brothers and stated that he was ordered to sexually assault the young lady while the actual killing was done by the two brothers themselves.
