In 2020, Canadian American TV personality, Ayesha Curry, lost 35 pounds after embarking on a weight loss journey that turned out to be successful.
Curry had revealed her weight loss secret to be eating nutritious green vegetables and drinking 32 ounces of water before noon every day.
She had disciplined herself to doing ten-minute workouts everyday and sticking to healthy recipes.
“I started my fitness journey because I wanted to be strong and healthy for myself and the people who depend on me,” she said.
“But it was important that I did it my way, which meant I needed working out to fit in my life, NOT take me away from it”, she added.
The Food Network host appeared in several television shows before launching her own show, Ayesha’s Homemade (a.k.a. Ayesha’s Home Kitchen), on Food Network, in 2014.
Curry began with YouTube videos on her channel Little Lights of Mine and since then has garnered a huge fan base.
Her cookbook, The Seasoned Life, was published in 2016.
Curry has been a host on The Great American Baking Show, and even went ahead to collaborate with famous chef Michael Mina in The Mina Test Kitchen of International Smoke, a pop-up restaurant in the Bay Area.
Curry launched her Homemade the Oakland-based meal-kit delivery service, in 2017 and two years later, it became a full fledged retail store.
